'After a break bringing up two children, I was looking for a new outlet for my creativity and became intrigued with millinery. The huge possibilities, shapes, fabrics, colours, design, textures and style in a hat are fascinating.  Creating new combinations and experimenting with what is possible with the materials is why I love making hats. I learnt my skills from millinery courses at The London School of Fashion and workshops with Tracy Chaplin, Sarah Marshall, Catherine Ellen and Anne Tomlin which have given me a great foundation.
